TL;DR

At Anexinet, I executed a full-scale rebrand—from logo and typography to campaign visuals and digital assets—while simultaneously managing email marketing operations and supporting partner event promotions. I collaborated cross-functionally with design, partnerships, and events teams, launched thought leadership content to position the brand as a tech authority, and continuously tested email strategies to drive engagement. The result: a stronger, more cohesive brand identity and improved audience connection across touchpoints.

🎯 Context & Challenge

 

Anexinet needed to modernize its brand to remain competitive in the enterprise technology space. The visual identity no longer reflected its innovative service offering, and its lifecycle content and communications lacked cohesion and depth. At the same time, the team was expanding its event strategy and partner ecosystem, requiring flexible, scalable marketing support.

 

The challenge was to:

  • Launch a modern brand that resonated with a B2B audience

  • Coordinate go-to-market content with multiple stakeholders and partners

  • Elevate lifecycle marketing with better segmentation and continuous testing

  • Support live and virtual events while increasing brand trust and visibility

🧠 My Approach

I focused on unifying visual design, lifecycle messaging, and stakeholder alignment. My work included:

Brand Identity Overhaul

  • Conducted market and competitor research to inform brand direction

  • Designed a new logo, color palette, typography system, and custom icons

  • Rolled out the identity across the website, emails, sales assets, and social media

Email Lifecycle & Content Strategy

  • Managed email planning, scheduling, and QA using platforms like HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics

  • Built and maintained multiple lifecycle campaigns for newsletters, webinars, and promotional content

  • Created briefs, gathered feedback, and led cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment

Event Marketing & Partnership Support

  • Coordinated campaigns to promote webinars and in-person events in Philadelphia

  • Worked with the partnerships and events teams to support co-branded efforts with HPE and Nutanix

  • Delivered follow-up campaigns to drive re-engagement post-event

Ongoing A/B Testing

  • Ran regular tests on subject lines, from names, and emoji usage
  • Analyzed performance to inform ongoing strategy—even when results were inconclusive
  • Prioritized continuous optimization to increase conversion across campaign types
