TL;DR

During my time as a Project Manager at Amazon Business, I led the strategy and execution of multiple high-impact seasonal campaigns—including the Business Gift Guide, Back to School, and Cyber Week. These initiatives drove a +214% performance to goal, a +196% YoY increase for the Gift Guide alone, and helped expand traffic and reach across the Amazon Business vertical.

🎯 Context & Challenge

 

Amazon Business needed to scale seasonal campaigns for high-demand moments—like last-minute gifting and back-to-school shopping—while balancing strict timelines, internal team coordination, and performance goals.

The challenge was to:

  • Launch campaigns aligned with real-time buyer behavior

  • Drive traffic and engagement within short windows

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across design, merchandising, and content

Led the launch and optimization of a seasonal on-site experience tailored to urgent last-minute gifting behavior

Proposed and executed a new campaign strategy to meet growing demand in the education space

Holiday & Cyber Monday

Managed Amazon.com and Amazon Business gateway (GW) homepage campaigns for key holiday periods
